This is literally the fastest Wendy's drive-through I've ever been to. Out of maybe ten trips, I think my order has been incorrect once, which should probably also make it the most accurate Wendy's drive-through I've ever been to. I would definitely rate this business five stars if it weren't a Wendy's.

I get it. Working in fast food sucks. I did it for many years. You have to pretend when customers do come that you don't hate them. All service industries took a huge step backwards with Covid. Most have rebounded. This Wendy's has officially given up. They don't want your money or their jobs.

Ordered a large vanilla frosty. Workers thought it would be funny to put a medium frosty cup inside of a large frosty cup. I still got charged for a large and paid for a large. Most definitely did not find this funny and will be reaching out to higher management :)

Honestly this is the worst fast food place I have ever been too. When you go later in the evening (dinner time) you pull up to the window no one talks. You literally wait 5 min and then you finally have to say “Hello?” And then someone will come on and then they will take your order. After waiting forever for your food order it always comes out cold and never the size you order. The people have bad attitudes and you feel like you are a bother to them. Tonight I tried to go there for dinner around 5:30/6 (had the same experience where no one greeted me and I had to say hello, and then a woman came on and said sorry we can not take your order tonight. I will travel to another town if I do ever want Wendy’s again. Terrible. Small town a couple fast food restaurants and this one is terrible. (For anyone in the area drive to Morris Wendy’s they are a little better)
