Job seekers and customers beware. This facility is an immoral employer to its workforce and their business model conflicts with the corporations plan for the future of the company. There has been 7 Plant Managers and 5 Quality Managers in the last 8 years as well as significant turnover in all departments supervision in the last two years. There has been two rounds of layoffs in the last 6 months. The facility hasn't met quarterly or yearly sales goals in years.The Nuclear safety culture is outright ignored by management. The HR department is incompetent and conniving, the pay scale system is broken, the annual review system is broken, the merit raise system is broken, every department is scrambling to keep up after the two rounds of layoffs, and the facility continually fails to meet customer delivery promises.
