Update: The owner, Gael reached out to me to try to make things right which brought the 2 star review to 4. I really appreciate that they care for the customer over profit. That is really important. It is nice to see that there are still reputable businesses out there. I’d go for a fix but I am 40 minutes away and don’t usually head up to that end of the city but I do appreciate the effort. Thank you Gael. I was thrilled to get a last minute appointment to come in for some much needed Botox for my 11 lines between my eyes. I got my injections and was told it would take about 3 weeks to see the full effects. At 2 weeks, I cancelled the follow up appointment as I saw no effects at the time so I wanted to wait. By the end of week 3, still no changes. It is now just under 3 months later and I can honestly say that the money spent on Botox at this facility was a total waste. The creases never left my face. The only thing that disappeared was the money from my wallet. So, I decided to do a bit of research. Botox needs to be diluted and there are guidelines on the percentage of dilution. Some places that are not surgical facilities tend to dilute their Botox more rendering the product less effective. This saddens me as I never got to experience the lines being removed from my face.
