My husband and I traded our old Mercedes for a new one just this past May; we got done so late because the sales agent thought that our paper works being processed by the time we came back for the downpayment. But to his surprise, NO, so we ended up staying longer than we should have, but the manager who was there that day was kind enough to wait for us despite that their office hours were already close. He extended his stay just to accommodate us; that was the positive side of our experience. However, we received a phone call a couple of days after informing us the cash downpayment we gave them was missing a couple of thousands. Okay, there were only three people in the room my husband and the account person who was solely counting the money while we watched. As a customer, I should not have received that phone call; they have cameras they can review and find out, which is not a good customer service experience. That is why I am giving them a 3 stars.

Very unsatisfied with the service. Poor communication, no one has returned my phone calls. Unprofessional, rude and horrible customer service. They charged me money and did 0 work. Stay away from this place. Had to take my car to another shop to fix my problem.

Since they have been taken over the customer service has been horrible. Always an excuse. It's not a covid issue, its miserable people and horrible communication. Thankfully Fort Washington will continue to get my business. 6 Mercedes later I have made the switch and you should too.
