Don’t buy the “insurance” for the furniture. Complete scam. They show you this chair that is beat up, but then making a claim is nearly impossible. Lesson learned.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered a dining room set knowing there would be a delay in delivery. Got 4 side chairs, then got a call about the table, was supposed to be delivered but got a call that it was damaged, on the day of the delivery. Told it would take another 18 weeks wait. Cancelled the order. Claimed they would give me a FULL REFUND. My card was charged in full upon order. Still have not received a refund. They claim it can't be done at store level, has to be done at accounting. Odd, they could charge me at store level. Got the runaround from the store. Called, left messages, no returned calls. When I cancelled with the salesman, he hung up on me. Called "customer Service line, listened to menu and it said call couldn't be transferred and it hung up. Real nice Ashley Furniture. RUN, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. PART TWO- So they responded...I texted and I get a response via text about fabric manufactured overseas, which had NOTHING to do with my text. TOTALLY INEPT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Pretty much the same as anywhere else. Masks are required, reservations are not required. Just bought a couch set and it wasn't too bad.
