Just a heads up if you’re planning on walking in the store, order before hand and you’ll be treated a lot more respectfully than had you just walked in. I ordered 2 “hot and ready” pizzas, and she told me I would have to wait 10 minutes. No big deal, I waited, then watched a total of 19 pizzas leave to customers that hadn’t even payed for them yet. Also the lady at the front I got the feeling was rude and impatient with me. I won’t be back.

Employees are very unresponsive to customers. Multiple times i have come to this location and waited over 20 mins to be greeted. If you want to place an order online seems to be the only way, that is if they remember to update status today I waited almost an hour past the finish time and still k update, I called location over and over but no response, finally I drove down and had to wait in line to get my order which was completed and had been sitting in warmer for over 45 mins. I honestly thought the service couldn't be worst at this location but today they proved me wrong, thankfully there is another lil caesars not to far in the other direction so ill spend my money there from now on.

Literally just got a new lunch pizza because the first one was undercooked and now my bf went to get a new one and its exactly the same. I just want to throw up.

I placed an order on the mobile app but after seeing it was going to take almost an hour for a regular pepperoni pizza I decided to cancel. There was no option on the mobile app to cancel so I called the store. Spoke with a manager and he assured me he would cancel my order. I never picked up the pizza assuming it was canceled but my card was still charged. Have had no luck trying to get my money back. Will never go to this location even if I have to drive farther.
