Thank you Action Sports!!! Especially “Older Sam”, who is not really old! I love my new bike and all the stuff I got with it. I used it in its first triathlon this past weekend and felt so comfortable on it. The fit is great, my new bike shoes and power pedals were absolutely no problem. Thank you for walking me through what I thought I wanted to what I really wanted, and getting everything set up for me. You have an excellent group of people working there. I noticed that everyone has a great attitude, is ready to help, knowledgeable, & positive. There are no shirkers in this store! Very easy purchase. My fiance has been looking for a fast ripper for a few weeks now. He called and asked if they had it in stock, asked about financing and this company offers in-store Klarna financing which is super convenient! The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Even helped us figure out a way to fit it in our car with our luggage in the back. Highly recommend this place, they have a lot of options for bikes and all the employees are all super friendly and willing to help the customers!
