Only putting 1 star because I have to choose something! Took my car in for a brake inspection, took nearly 6 hours to do it and I had to call them to find out what the status of my car was. They told me they couldn't get one of my wheels off because the wheel stud was over-torqued. Little do they know that it was their fault, as I had brought my car to this location a few months earlier for a tire rotation. After discussing this with Manager Patrick, we had a plan in place to fix the stud and they were going to order the part. Fast forward to my appointment to fix the stud. Came in at 8am and was told I did not have an appointment despite several email confirmations. They did say however that they could work on my car. I told them I needed it done by 12. I was told that would be impossible, and began to lecture me about "getting the job done right." By noon I had not heard anything, and I called the store to get an update on my car. To my surprise, I was told that they did not have the part. WHAT? My car sat there for 4 hours without any work being done. Also, I was told that the part was ordered at my last appointment in preparation for this appointment. I just went and picked my car up and will be going elsewhere. Debbi was kind and understanding both on the phone and in person, but I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. They are dishonest, rude, and I do not trust them to do anything with my car.

My husband originally went into get a flat tire fixed. They checked everything and reviewed the price with us beforehand but ultimately he had to get 3 tires replaced, a new battery and new windshield wipers. The employers are very trustworthy and I’m glad they’re located very close to us!

Sounds right, you have a 6cyl. The remote utilizes a universal setup, so a cyl 7&8 would not be Activated so the controller doesn't causing misfiring when in use.
