Great spot if you plan on going to Zion (20 minutes away) or Bryce (2 hours away). Rooms are clean and spacious.

Our favorite stay this trip! The room was more clean than any hotel I've ever stayed in. The full size fridge, microwave, dishes/utensils, and fast internet were great. There is no daily room service, but we had quick responses anytime we contacted them! Very good location with nearby gas, groceries, restaurants. Also in the kitchen was a cooler, blender, coffee pot and coffee supplies, crock pot slow cooker, and rice cooker.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT 130 W 200 N UNIT 8B, La Verkin. My family had to leave our trip early because of something banging or digging up int the ceiling. Tried to rectify the situation with owner and was told I was lying. I sent 4 videos of the noise and no concessions were made to fix it. They charged me full price even though we left after one day. None of my family got any sleep and this place ruined our whole vacation.

Had a great stay! Very clean (the bedding could have been cleaner though), peaceful & convenient. I love how you have your own kitchenette and couch to relax on. I will definitely stay here again!
