ARC is a joke. They say they'll help the youth. But all they did is give me anxiety. For the past 3 weeks the program been to broke to buy food. I'm over it. I hate it here.

Yes they can help. They can help you get any paperwork you need like Ca. Id they can send off for your birth cer. They can help you with jobs, schooling, anything like that. If you need help with anything just ask and you may find you have someone you can relay on for the first timeme in your life.
