I wouldn't recommend this place or Mount Ephraim Dodge because they're owned by the same people. Absolute worst service. Lied about pricing. Lied about buying a car. I bought a car from them and then the transmission failed 4 days later. It's been in their shop for 2 weeks and still not fixed. They only paid 5 days of rental. They won't take it back and just give me my old car back. Absolute worst!

This dealer is the worse!!! They put their own prices on their cars, they try to sell me a car for $4k more than the msrp on the car and that wasn’t even including the taxes and tags and doc fees of course. I had a trade in that they had gave me an estimate value when I filled up the papers online and when I went there, they try to give me $2500 less then what it said online. I went to Car Max that same day and they gave me $3k more than what they were offering me for my car and I bought the exact same car I was trying to buy from this dealer for $10k cheaper with just 6k miles……

If I could give this place a zero I would. I bought a new engine from the dealer for my Renegade and within the first day it wasn't working properly. Got it towed in 6+ weeks ago and they still have not touched it. I was told 3 weeks ago they were going to start it the next day. I waited for 3 weeks without no contact. I had to call them, for them to tell me they have not even touched it yet. No one has reached out to me not once in 6 weeks. I had to reach out every time to be lied too. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They think it's funny that I have no car for 6 weeks.
