This place located in a southwest suburban Chicago Forest Preserve is a gem! There are wonderful trails for hiking. Rise and Shine Cafe had a variety of items. I eat plant-based and was very pleased to see healthy items as part of their menu. We opted for a freshly squeezed vegetable and mango juice that was delicious! The cafe staff ladies were sweet. I enjoyed this whole experience thoroughly!

Really nice place to go to enjoy a great family outing. The steps are always challenging and fun to climb. There were a lot of people and the Forest preserve was really well kept. Really nice place!!

I LOVE Swallow Cliff! It is the perfect place for cardio, training and meeting great people. The Café is now open! Parking is limited but moved quickly.
