One of the worst companies you could have come into your home. They installed 3 firepalces in our new, white home. Two started spewing soot onto our brick, staining it black. They could not identify the issue and actually broke one of the fireplaces so it does not work. They have refused to schedule a time to fix any of the issues. The third fireplace has never worked, they've ordered the wrong parts after improperly installing it the first time. It's been 6 months of headache now and they threaten if we got the work done elsewhere, they'll void all our warranties. They leave our home a mess every time. BEWARE the bad reviews, they exist for a reason. I'm so sad we chose them.

It has been 1 year since our fireplace has been repaired/updated by Southwest Fireplace. First, Dean was very upfront about repairing a gas fireplace that was not up to code. Dean came to our house, crawled into our crawl space to measure and estimate the cost for bringing it up to code. We scheduled a date for repair, but at the height (previous) of Covid we rescheduled. The tech who performed the work was excellent, and we have been enjoying our updated and up to code gas fireplace ever since. Good people. Great service. No BS! Highly recommend.

Totally updated our 60 year old fireplace. We are so pleased. It works and looks fabulous. Dean in the store was great in guiding us to what we needed and the installer did the work as he would have done at his own house. Pricing was fair and worth every penny.
