The teach them the fundamentals and they have 2 shows per year
I dont know... I know they offer karate classes... That takes meditation too... You can call the office and they will tell you... Most meditation can be done at home when you are alone... I find the park safe. All my children have played sports here and I never had a problem. Everyone is respectful.
