I have a call the same day, I don’t recall of the lady’s name. She was kind and welcoming when she answered the phone. My partner was having a bad day, and I wanted to cheer up the mood flowers are an amazing way to do this when you love nature right. Well the employee walked me through what was available the prices but the thing I would have liked was to have a confirmation notification and to know what it looks like before leaving the store. I paid for some LOVELY sunflowers and I didn’t get a choice to see them until my partner sent them to me. That’s the only request I have for better services.

I had a very complicated order that had a degree of difficulty that needed someone was attentive and detailed oriented. The level of Customer Service I received from Melissa was OUTSTANDING! She helped me with details that I hadn’t thought of that would assure a smooth process. I can’t thank Conroys Flowers and Melissa enough so I thought I would write this review!
