THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE TOP DOWN. THE STORE MANAGER IS USELESS THEREFORE EVERYONE ELSE IS JUST AS USELESS IF NOT MORE. GET RID OF THIS GUY.

dropped off my fedex packages, asked for a receipt. they said one will be texted to me. i never received teh text. i call in they tell me they cant do anything for me. for all i know the employee stole my package. where is my proof? why is the store manager so useless? fedex cannot provide me with anything. walgreens was suppose to take my phone number (they did) and failed to send a receipt. neither company will now help ive been on the phone for hours. THE EMPLOYEES FROM THE PERSON THAT RECEIVED IT TO THE STORE MANAGER ARE HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLEARLY CANT DO PROPER PROCEDURE. NOW IM AT RISK OF BEING CHARGED FOR MY FEDEX PACKAGES SINCE NOBODY CAN PROVIDE ME WITH THE TRACKING. I DROP OFF PACKAGES EVERY WEEK, THE RECEIPT IS WHAT I USE TO GET MY TRACKING. THIS WAS NOT A FAILURE ON MY PART, IT WAS YOURS. PROVIDE RECEIPT AS SOON AS CUSTOMERS ASK, DONT WAIT DAYS ONLY TO NOT PROVIDE IT AT ALL
