I love Juliann’s they are the only restaurant in the state that makes my food exactly how I want it and need it. I’m a diabetic and I’m so grateful I can order the grilled chicken with vegetables in olive oil and onion salad with tomato’s and the gentleman who takes my order is #1 besides my husband of course. I went there recently and the food was good, but the bill manipulation by the management was not. There was no sign anywhere stating the forced tip (they call it service charge) and the waitress didn’t mention the forced tip either. I …We apologize for that, I assure you that the whole service charge does go to the server and the busboys, I'm sorry that they did not explain that to you correctly, we asked the servers to let their tables know when dropping off the bill, weather it's verbally or highlighted on the receipt that there is a service charge applied, we are going to hold a meeting to make sure our staff is explaining this the right way and to make sure they let the customers know and that recommended tip on the credit card slip we were trying to take that out for a while, we just got a new system in so that won't be be there anymore, we also instructed the servers to put any takeout items in a separate receipt because the service charges only apply to dine in only, if you can come back in I will refund you the service charge on the takeout items, i apologize once again for these mistakes, we will work on improving our service
