Gateway is a amazing place with a group of diverse people that have found a way to produce genuine community. I attended church there with my wife for approximately two years while I was a graduate student at University of Wisconsin. Being from out of state, I was discouraged by the process of searching for a church as it can be a daunting task. After trialing 6+ churches in the area, I came across Gateway and was immediately at home. The people are very friendly and inviting. They want to get to know you and don't just welcome you at the door or say hello during the greeting time (p.s. the pastor has to reel people back in consistent before the service because everyone cares so much for each other and wants to catch up on life). The church has monthly fish fry and cards for the guys that were some of my favorite memories of Wisconsin. The music worship is never dull and Tyler is a passionate and wonderful addition to the Gateway team. There is not enough I could say about Pastor Paul. He was given a gift for preaching and is one of the best speakers I have heard. He puts a ton of time and thought into his messages to make them relevant to today and founded in scriptural truths. Please give Gateway a try if you are searching for answers about Christianity or are looking for a new church.
