Been coming here for about 8 years now. They’re always very helpful, staff is nice and everything is always very affordable. I had my dog boarded here and they were awesome and took care of him, he also gets his shots and nails trimmed here. Love this place for all their services.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. I called in for an appointment and they told me they were booked for the next couple of days which was understandable. I had asked to be put on the cancelation list and they called me later that day to let me know someone had canceled and they could take me in about an hour. So I dropped everything and drove out from Santa Clarita just to make the appointment. After I had already checked in and had my dog taken to the back, they came out and told me that the doctor wanted to see my dogs charts from the previous vet. I called my previous vets office and had them forward the charts, and I had been there close to an hour already. After they got everything they needed, they came out and told me, "sorry the doctor doesn't have time to see you today, we need to reschedule". I explained that I had just dropped everything and rushed out from Santa Clarita just to make the appointment and as a matter of fact I had my 7 year old with me waiting for over an hour. They didn't care one bit and wouldn't even let me speak with the doctor. I was not told ahead of time to get the previous vets charts, which could have been taken care of ahead of me getting there, and if you knew you were not going to have time to see me, why make me come in and wait there for over an hour? Not to mention that my dog had a skin infection and needed urgent care. Really sad excuse for a veterinary office, wouldn't even take a stray cat here.
