Easily the best shop in Long Beach. Jon and Ricky were very helpful, quick, knowledgeable and in no time was able to make the tweaks to get my daughter and I back on the road. Jon is super humble and leads a great team. Thank you for the quick fixes, going above and beyond on the details we didn’t see and class in bike anatomy. Worst bike shop I've ever been to. Go anywhere else and you will have a better experience. There was near zero effort towards providing service. My guess is that it is publicly funded where helping customers are not their primary interest. I sure hope my tax dollars are not supporting this place.

Yes! They still do all those things. Because of Covid restrictions, you have to make an appointment before going in. Just give their # a call and they will help you book an appointment
I've been a few times and they practice what they preach. Very safe
We *occasionally* offer bikes for sale that have been used, but we don't purchase bikes from customers to resell on consignment. Often times the used bikes we have for sale are previous rentals or bikes for which we can ensure the build quality and care history.
