Patio Gardens is a clean, safe community here in Long Beach. The property manager, Shamine, always puts the residents first and ensures that the property is running smoothly. If there are any maintenance issues, she has a very efficient team, that is headed up by Tom, who is great. I have noticed a since of community here since Shamine became the property manager. Unfortunately Patio Gardens doe snot participate in the Section 8 program or any affordable housing program. If you like you can check HUD.GOV for communities that participate in the programs.
Unfortunately Patio Gardens does not participate in third party payments, unless is Corporate housing.
