If you have your own trailer it's 700 a month for a place to park it at. with all hook ups for electricity , water, sewer, garbage.. and as many cats as you can handle.

The managers are terrible. If someone doesn't pay rent but has the covid relief payments which pays there rent they evict them after they receive the payment . They are rude and have messed up the place terribly

Wow! What a mess! They want a $1500.00 deposit. I say WTH for? They have no good answer... obviously, no way, click goes my phone. So we get into town and do a drive by, and oh my it's like slab city! Not worth even a phonecall! Buh-bye...
