We lived there for a year without significant problems. Debbie the manager and her husband were always helpful and took of the problems fast. She is kind and professional. Park is quiet except for traffic outside but tolerable. Most neighbors are friendly. Not a fancy resort but down to earth normal neighbors. Would go back again.

Waiting list only folks rarely leave this park

Are there currently any openings, do they offer long term spaces? If not here, can anyone suggest a park that does in or around Tracy? I'm being relocated for work, and need a spot by the 1st of March 2021. Thank you.

You would have to call for daily rates as most are there by the month.
