Not sure why they would diagnose a problem, tell me they're going to order a part and repair within a week but then totally flake out? I've called twice in the last two weeks but they won't call back. Guess I'm going to a different dealer for repair

David was very clear, took me step by step with my purchase and made sure that I got what I wanted when it came to my car. No i have a Optima.
Just to clarify there is a dome light bulb and the dome light housing which the bulb inserts into. The housing unit could run you around $50 where your bulb is closer to 10 at an auto parts store. Either way I'd suggest a parts store if funding is a concern generally cheaper.
I don't know about getting a copy immediately. But, they can order a replacement key.
