Very quiet and clean and they have a pool and laundry and workout space and several RV lots for rent and then they also have some mobile homes in the park very cute little one bedroom for rent

My E300 scooter was stolen there on July 4th. Sites for over night were 1/2 the size of a normal site. Workers who camped there had the road blocked so you could not get to your site. No security there. Beaches were great.

When we first check it out to place a vehicle there it was very nice. Check online for more information. We didn't make a final decision yet. Thinking of moving.

We rented a full hookup site for our rv trailer for 2 weeks. I don't know what the mobile homes rent for but you can check out Sun Communities on Google. They have several Communities we stayed at the one in Bradenton.
I'm not 100% but we've been her 3 months and have never seen a tent. Sun Outdoor Sarasota (Sun N Fun) does allow tents. They are about 20 minutes south of Arbor Terrace.

Actually that's not correct because I'm a year round resident and they do rent them all year but you would have to call the office and speak with Sonya the resident manager she would be better to answer your questions but I absolutely love it hear I've been here for 2years
