Nice easy walking, lots of shade, beautiful trees, great for walking dogs jogging, and bikes. Had some mosquito bites, but not bad overall.

Lovely waterfront area with ample parking. The integrity of the wooded area has been preserved and features hiking trails, open areas for picnic and play, a boat ramp, and more. It feels less like a public park and more like a nature reserve. Restrooms are on site.

Lovely, peaceful, quiet. Picnic tables, walking trails, swimming, fishing, photo taking, birds singing, clean restrooms, right outside the outskirts of Springfield, what more could anyone ask for? In the winter, like right now, it's beautiful on a crisp, cold, sunny day. The river is high & swift, lots of kayakers & the like, zooming down the rapidly moving water. This park has it going on year around. Oh & the funny little branch sitting hummingbird, was sitting on the same branch, of the same tree, as it was in the summer! I love this park!

I love this park. Especially on days where it’s really hot and you still want to hike and walk your dog. This trail has a lot of shade. such a beautiful view of both the river and forest

I would not, the water runs fast, it's quite cold and there are hazards like rocks and logs.
The people that run the gate, live right next to it, so if your locked in, you could always knock on thier door and ask them to let you out as long as it's not too late I'm sure. They usually give some extra time after dusk anyways.
Trout and right bait some salmon.
only if it's cold would be my guess I really don't know and that would be probably the only reason I can think of because there's a whole lot of rock down there to River but if you go they probably have a little bit of a fit the government being a government
About two and a half miles
4.5 miles from Clearwater to dorris ranch. Plus other side trails. All paved. Runs along the river. Very nice walk.
I would try and leave a note. It should be okay for one night.
Just trying to be sure i know what i can or cannot do . Yes i have seen so much trash and utter filth being discarded in and around many waterways . Had a half a pan of glass earlier and i disposed of it properly . Anyone willing to guide me through placer mining ?
