We waited twenty minutes for someone to come take our drink order and then we walked out Seriously annoying. Waiters standing around, zero acknowledgement. Pathetic.

Ok so the shrimp tower and lobster bisque were fantastic but what ruined it for me was ordering a rye whiskey old fashioned and having a maraschino cherry with a muddled orange slice show up on hotel ice. I mean seriously? Their menu book showed a big cube and luxardo cherries so I had no worries about ordering the cocktail but then that weak sauce drink showed up and I was over it. As for dinner while I like a rare / med rare prime rib what came out was carpaccio it wasn't even close to cooked. Needless to say for a $130 meal I'll never go to this place again.

Upscale restaurant, but most dressed very casually. You can dress up or down.
Happy hour has lettuce wraps and a couple other items. It's a steak house so there are many options. Also a large salad bar.
The effort you took and ask it within this Q&A he could have just got the answer off the site or Yelp
You should contact the restaurant directly regarding your reservation for a prompt response. In my opinion, it may be a problem since it's Friday night and it may be busy. Better to talk to them ASAP than to wait at the restaurant for a bigger table. Cheers!
