Dennis is amazing but the back office and coordination is an absolute disaster. If you are a patient the only person you can talk to is a triage nurse if you have an issue about anything (scheduling, medical, etc.). Then you have to wait for the Dr to get back to the nurse even if it is a simple scheduling or infusion issue. They need someone who can handle basic questions and scheduling issues. Also, faxes from other Dr's and medical companies don't make it into files or to the Dr's.

I highly recommend Dr. Rubin! She lovingly helped me through my cancer treatment during the pandemic. She went out of her way to help make my cancer treatments easier. She is a professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, kind, patient, and compassionate. I couldn’t ask for more! The staff is great, especially my nurse Mallory and the talented lab techs. I am forever grateful.

No, we no longer have an office in Morgan Hill. Our only office is located in Monterey.
