Excellent gym with a variety of high quality equipment that they are constantly upgrading and take feedback on from members. Jason and Melissa are wonderful people who you can tell take pride in their business. The 24 hour availability and community- like feel make this much more than your average commercial gym. The trainers (especially Marc) and the atmosphere are very positive and motivating.

I would like to forewarn people about the gym Workout Anytime off Murray and Allen in Beaverton. I joined thinking it would be around $10 a month, but found out it would be $29.95 which i then agreed to. On Feb 4th (my 1st month) i was debited $79 for some reason. Maybe a deposit. On march 4th the money wasn't in my account to be debited due to unforeseen expenses. I called yesterday to cancel my membership and my my months due. I spoke with the owner who was very rude. He told me i need to cancel through a site called Myiclub.com o call them. The 1st call was with a robot. I am not exaggerating when i say the voice was ACTUALLY skipping. I finally got a human in india who said the policy is i need to cancel directly with the gym. I the tried the website which required a username and password which i do not have so requested one be sent to my email. That never came. I even checked my spam folder. Website stated if the email doesn't arrive to contact your gym. I did and spoke with owner again who refused to process a cancelation and i needed to go through the other company and something must "be wrong with my computer". Profanities were exchanged because at this point it had been 2 hours of sheer frustration for me with no remedy in site. For him perhaps steroids. K I am visiting family in the east coast so decided to deal with it upon my return. However he had one of his employees call me that night for a card number to pay my balance, the she could cancel me. I was willing to pay for the month owed and even a reasonable cancelation fee. However she wanted $97. I refused that amount. She said my membership dues would continue to accrue every month until i paid it off. This is completely unreasonable and ridiculous. They aren't budging in their position so i will have to ascertain what my recourse will need to be. I know i signed some agreement blindly trusting they operated their establishment from a place of integrity. I was not given a copy of an agreement and admittedly that is my own stupidity.
