the city needs to provide shelter for the homeless and since they shut down desert manna they no longer have a shelter in Barstow. so they need to build a shelter for those who are needed in the city of Barstow and as well for the county of San Bernardino to house the homeless out in the desert and as well as I know of they have a desert shelter in Victorville called the high desert homeless families which is for single male and families so I don't know of any other shelters besides that and there's another one in the city of San Bernardino but that's only for single men but yes barstow needs to fix their situations with the crime and also with the shelter homeless situation there's a lot of them because due to the fact of the other counties such as Orange county and la counties that are sending the homeless outside the areas.

Continue north on 247. It changes to Barstow Road after Rimrock Rd. Continue north until you get to the overpass of Interstate 15. Get on interstate 15 south. Go on interstate 15 until you get ro highway 58.
