The age requirement is 14+ and they are a wonderful group of people. (I know this because my mother volunteers and I ride there)
Call them and they will get you in a volunteer class they have. Wonderful place.
Yes they do. I believe they have a website to apply. They also have a Facebook page and reply pretty quick. Great neighbors.
