Mary Ann is a wonderful caring person who spent countless time with me . I learned so much about nutrition and what works for me as an individual. Mary Ann is a really compassionate person and really gets to the root of the problem for each individual person . I would highly recommend anyone go see her if you want to learn about what foods work for your body . Everyone is different

Thank-you for stopping by and great question! Service fees differ with services offered. To support individuals, we offer Initial assessments; Consultation/education; Testing/interpretation - all with or without personal coaching. I do require an initial assessment prior to a focused consultation as it provides a full picture of your health /history, lifestyle /influences and goals. Our Basic Nutrition Assessment is $349 and includes a 90-minute consultation. Or pending one’s medical history, an in-depth Functional Nutritional Assessment is $795. Clients are encouraged to share recent labs/medical reports as this information will help us to personalize your program and monitor your progress. If needed, we can refer you for labs that would be beneficial to your goals. We also offer group programs such as workshops, clinics, and classes. Covid considerations are ongoing and secure telehealth or distance support is available.

So sorry, I am not currently in network with Medicare. I can provide you with an invoice or Superbill, which the latter is an invoice that your insurance company recognizes as medical service invoice (that may be reimbursable). In addition my services may qualify as a HSA or FSA expense for those folks who are enrolled in such programs.
