Been here twice and they never fail to buy some of my clothes!

Very disappointed at this location! When i walked in the 2 ladies in the front just looked up and didn’t say nothing but yet others cutomers came in they would be greeted. When i checked, the lady didn’t even say thank or nothing that sort when handing my bag plus she walked away to talk to her co-worker and forgot to give my receipt which i had to grab it myself. Im never coming again to this location.

I've been shopping and selling to Plato's for the last 10 years. This location refuses to take my unworn name Brand items which is very weird. I had trouble selling to them multiple times while I continue to buy raged items. There are still great selections with the clothes they CHOOSE to sell.

Masks are required and there is sanitizer available. I've seen them approach people without masks and ask them to go get a mask or leave the store. I would say they're proactive.

They base it off how quality the clothes are and the need for the clothing item. If they have an overabundance of one thing, most likely not going to take it
The way they buy thing is that they put the item description into a computer and if it pops up for them to sale they make them. However; if the item is out of their price range of making money then they will not purchase them.
You can take them all day and drop them off because it is a wait time for them to process your things
They buy any era as long as It is in good condition and they don't have a lot of that particular style

No you can make purchase anytime Store is open but I think you need to call and set up a time to sell not sure on sell but buying you can anytime

They start buying as soon as they open. They stop buying an hour or so before closing.
At least two hours before closing times for the day. If you bring in a large volume of clothes, they might suggest you come back earlier another day.
