They were super helpful! I had a hard time finding the parts I needed at other department stores and the staff helped me get the parts I needed to fix my shower. Definitely worth the drive

Had the hard to find parts in stock!

Purchased a transfer valve kit that turned out to be defective. Refused to replace it when I took it back and showed how it was defective. I put the old one back in and it moved the water between the faucet and the shower while the new one did not. The new on just kept rotating. The seller does not appear to have any arrangement to send defective parts back to the manufacturer. Also parts are overpriced. Items can be found online for 40% less with full refunds for defective items.

Jean Johnson, if you can send a good text photo to our Picture Phone, one of our Parts Specialist will assist in finding that part. The Picture Phone number is 214-549-2525. We just closed, but we will work on that tomorrow morning. Thank you!
Masks are still required by our staff and patrons as this is a small retail environment and we want to ensure the safety of those in the store and our staff and their families. As Covid vaccinations continue and CDC guidance suggests it is safe to do so we will make changes accordingly.
No they only sell faucet parts, toilet, etc..
Teeters carries a Delta soap dispenser in chrome, stainless, and bronze.
Call Teters I'm just a customer. I suggest taking the part to them
I'm not a plumber but TETERS IS THE pl ace for every handyman to to place .
8 to 10 years is the average for a 50 gallon gas, but there are a lot of caveat to that answer. The first is how hard did your water? The next is how much are you using the heaters, two teenagers taking two hour-long showers twice a day will use up a water heater in a much shorter time. Are you doing any maintenance to the heater such as flushing it once a year. All these things effective life of the water heater. As well as the quality of the heater you purchased and how gentle the installer was when he was putting it in. I would call a plumbing professional, a license plumbing company to come and look at them for you.
