It does but I was in with a return and the clerk said I needed to go to UPS store. I have never had this happen. And it was at the store on Preston. And to make matters worse, I have returned Amazon here before. So to answer your question, I guess it depends on the clerk. FYI, there is a UPS store in the same shopping center. Way faster and no problems
