I was really excited to come to Lulu's since I know a few people who bought their dress here. First impression is not great...walked in and was immediately told the "rules" like not bringing drinks to the back, which is understandable but their approach to how they speak to customers is flat out rude. I lost a water bottle in the front and asked the first lady who walked by and she immediately said "I don't know I'm a stylist" instead of trying to help. I overheard other rude comments to other families as well. My stylist really did a good job of trying to find a dress that fit what I was looking for but it become exhausting because she talked TOO much. They do NOT let anyone browse the store other than the bride, which wasn't fun for my guests. Overall, not a great experience based on my other visits to other stores.

Had the most wonderful experience with Kimberly! She was so energetic and positive and made the appointment so much fun! We really appreciated how thoughtful, patient and flexible the staff was- couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Working with LuLu's Bridal was an absolute DREAM from beginning to end. LuLu's was actually my first and only dress store I visited. My stylist immediately made me feel so comfortable and helped me find the most stunning Eddy K gown that was perfectly me. I cannot recommend the team at LuLu's enough. Incredible selection of unique gowns, super affordable, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and overall just an easy and fun experience!

My LuLu's experience was last Saturday. I had such a fantastic experience. As a full-figure tall woman, Lulu's had many choices that other stores simply did not have. While almost all the dress can be "pinned and clasped" so you can see the vision of you in them, it was nice to put on several dresses that fit. They do have a no coffee policy, so if your appointment is earlier like mine was, drink the Starbucks in the car :) Lisa was my WDE (wedding dress expert), and she did not disappoint. I had several appointments weeks before, and by the time I got to LuLu's - I was tired of looking. She not only gave a fresh perspective, but I also did not feel rushed, and she did not negatively pressure me. She suggested a dress that I otherwise would have POLITELY skipped. However, because it was one of two that she suggested, I tried it on. It ended up taking my breath away. With all of that being said I cannot wait to purchase my gown in a couple of weeks. Thanks Lisa.... Now, once I purchase, I will give an update on my experience but so far, 10/10!

Today I went in for my final fitting and to pick my dress up. It was altered down about four sizes too small in error. I was told by one consultant that they weren't perfect but they would TRY to fix it. I paid them hundreds to alter my $2000 gown, and it does not fit. I would not reccomend this business. I am terrified that I won't have a dress for my wedding next month. This place is not worth the stress. Do not trust your dress with Molly's for alterations.
I have not idea!
