The store was also terribly messy. Very hard to find something today on that mess. Everything looked trashy.

Yeah I experienced that there were a lot of clothes on the floor

It says it closes at 9:30, but closed at 9 and employees were very rude and made me go all the way through to get out of the mall, the opposite direction of where I was parked, and before the closing time

The next time you go to the store Forever 21 make sure which is the entrance where you parked your car and get out at 8:30 p.m. The next time you can talk to the store manager and tell him that the employees were very rude to you ma'am.
