2nd time, maybe last time. Along with rest of family. My son ordered chicken nuggets with ranch sauce. They gave us the sauce, but no nuggets. I called number, but it is central number not the actual location. They took info, but no idea of turnaround from them. I guess my son goes hungry because of them. If I wanted McDonald's level of service, I'd go to McDonald's. Update: Still no response from them at 1 hour

place has fallen off drastically, used to go every morning, now can't make myself go more than once a week. Countless order mess-ups and bad fountain drinks regularly.

Chick fil A Maplewood is the cleanest most efficient restaurant in the area, even for full service restaurants. Other places could learn a lot from this place that moved like a well oiled machine and is clean and everyone is nice!

Yeah no, they don't. Those kind of offers are based on the specific CFA store that advertises them. CFA Maplewood most definitely does not do that.
