Scheduled an appointment at 9am and told it takes 3-4 hours. At 2pm I called to check in. They just started it, have to order the part and should be able to get it done by close. Called to check in at 4:30pm. Wrong part and have no loaner vehicle needs to stay ovn. I asked them to put it back together because I needed a vehicle. I had to call again at 6:30pm to confirm if I could pick up. They made no effort to call me and update, what was the point of scheduling an appointment even? Update- 10/11/22- had to take my vehicle back because it was towed to the nearest Chevy dealership for warranty fixes. Again issues with the updates. Customer service is trash, it’s been in service for 1 week. Was told it’s going to be fixed by today, I again had to call and get updates to confirm that no my vehicle is not ready and they are still waiting on parts that they didn’t order initially. Can I rate 0/5. Never coming back

Brock did an awesome job communicating with me and everyone else necessary to get my work done. I have a Corvette with a warranty block that was applied by GM. The car was originally used at Ron Fellows driving school. Normally GM will not do software upgrades to cars with warranty block. Something I was happy to pay for by the way! We got it done. This would not have been possible without the help of Jeff Strausser. Jeff works for GM specifically with Corvettes. I heard him speak on the corvette today pod cast and reached out to him.
