Mgmt (managers, manager) needs to do better with this location and have a playbook of what to do on mornings, days, evenings, and especially holidays. Also, need a strategy to hire/keep their employees bc waited over an hour for pancakes and country fry steak and eggs breakfast which was actually a chicken patty. Horrible. Don't go here. It's too sad. My to go order didn't have syrup or utensils. Smh.

I always enjoy Dennys. Quick and friendly service, and really good food. Honestly though, the food portions are huge! You could split a plate of anything with another person and still have leftovers.

What gets a huge 5 stars is the waitress. I wish I'd have gotten her name. We had a death in the family and people were there from Arkansas and Milwaukee. All women. And my aunt who is turning 90 this year. All asking for butter, syrup, this and that. The waitress was sweet and loving and had no idea why we were there from everywhere until just before we left. She was friendly, accommodating, and even told me you have a gluten free English muffin! Smiling and sweet and right on the ball, no waiting. We so appreciated that. The food was good. The service superior.

That brown stuff is supposed to be biscuits and gravy, it tasted horrible! When I brought up to Vivian our server, she said that's the way we make it here. Dennys off 94 and century should be demolished. Side by side picture of what I ordered to what I expected. Shame on me. 3/9/22 visit....same situation, nothing has changes, shame on me for trying them again hoping they would improve after 2 years.
