Ordered 2 pizzas one was burnt! Smelt burnt and you could taste it "yuck" wanted me to bring the pizza back for documentation! With no more than 2 slices gone.. Said she had no way receive a picture of it; like we don't have smart phones!! Definitely will NOT be ordering from them anymore! Definitely called customer service and waiting on them to contact me...

This Papa Johns USED to be So Good! BUT NOT ANYMORE! Even when I have called and told them I was NOT HAPPY. Whoever is making the pizzas is SKIMPING on the ingredients. The pizzas have been DRY and Very Little Ingredients on the pizza. I drive ALL THE WAY FROM SURGOINSVILLE to get Papa Johns. One NOT Very Pleased Customer
