I'm so sorry. I have to give this visit a 2 star rating because, the employee's messed up our whole order. I ordered: A large root beer A 6 piece chicken Nugget A large fry. I got the large fry. But I didn't get the root beer or the 6 piece chicken nugget. But they did give me two 4 peice Nuggets so it's okay. My mom ordered: A vegetarian double cheese burger A Large Diet coke Well they messed up and they removed the cheese and sauce and put double beef patties. So they did the complete opposite of what we wanted. They did give the Large coke but it wasn't diet. So basically my mom got a pickle and onion sandwich which was not what was asked for. So unfortunately, because the order was so messed up, I have to give a two star rating. I'm sorry :(

Every single time I come to thie location, my order has missing items. Today I was in a rush so I tried to give them a chance and this time I got all my items. But when I opened my sandwich, it looked like it had fallen on the floor. There was black dusty stuff on both sides of the bun! My food isn't edible at all! I'll starve before u ever come here again!

Vat oil is never filtered for their chicken and chicken is a dark brown and is super old. By far the worst customer service wouldn't recommend coming here again unless youre use to a disappointment

Why me

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a large fry and the fries were old and the crispy chicken sandwich was black and just looked disgusting, so I asked for another order and I was waiting at the third window for 20 minutes and then went around the drive-thru for a refund and they weren’t even making my food. But I guess what do you expect from McDonald’s.
