We've occasionally used Brainiacs tech service, and without exception have been very satisfied with the service and the way technicians have interacted with us. We think we are fortunate that Buckeye has this facility and service available. The personal attention and expertise are very important.

Customer Service was bad. They don't have paperwork or brochures to give to you to understand how things work. Ask questions the service guy didn't know and at the store they couldn't answer thing either. In contract until July or before I'll be looking for another cable provider.

Buckeye cable is Extremely expensive.
That really don't sound like a cable issue that sounds like it's your TV or remote signals
