Stoped by on the way back from Port Clinton Ohio. Got some nice looking meat. Can't wait to cook it. Spices too. Tomahawk steak with bearded butchers seasoning was delicious. How about more locations all over the country.

Scott & Seth are awesome- super nice & helpful, we made the trek from the Cleveland area on a Saturday and was fortunate enough to meet both of them. They really seem to care about their customers . The meat is phenomenal, you can tell they really care about the product they sell & their customers. the selections are amazing, especially in the Bratwurst section. I will be going back on a regular basis

Was disappointed there wasn't an actual meat counter with a butcher behind it. Will go back eventually for a special occasion as prices are higher than other butchers.

It may be a little more expensive, but totally worth it.
I would contact them diret for their shipping arrangements
They are open on weekdays. Id contact them directly. Each butcher might have their own preference as to what they feel works best for them.
If it is ground it can be fried or cooked any way that a pork sausage would be cooked. Also good in gravy. If it is in a link grilling is the best
