Absolutely the best staff. I could not have asked for better care. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and at ease for the MRI, I am highly claustrophobic and I did not have any hesitation once I was taken through the process, you truly are the best

The employees there are great so this isn't directed at any of them... I was forced to pre-pay for a scan. I protested but needed the scan. Of course I was overcharged. It took several attempts to get ahold of anyone in their billing dept (it is outsourced). Then I got a bill in the mail claiming I owed them for the procedure again. I guess it is normal to over pay by 125%. I decided I wouldn't. I still haven't gotten my original overpayment back despite the fact they were aware of it 11 days ago. I suggest going elsewhere if you can. YMMV Update (several weeks later)… still no refund. Billing department claims they don’t handle refunds. Again, the people I am speaking with are very considerate. Their is obviously a glitch in the matrix if it is this difficult to get a refund.

They were so great to work with when I lived there and needed testing but they were also so amazing after I moved and needed help transferring records for follow up testing. They were always kind and seemed to work miracles when I needed some images transferred at the very last minute.

My doctor sent over imaging request a week ago. No phone calls from them and can’t even get someone to answer the phone during business hours. I have called 17 times…. Nothing

I'm not sure on that. You can call them and ask.
As far as I know, they are able to do most any imaging test your doctor may recommend. The staff is wonderful to work with in our experience. They have been careful to explain the procedure in easy to understand terms every time and have been very accommodating.
Yes, if your physician orders a P.E.T. scan, they have the dye and the imager.
No. Google it
