Horrible! Let me just state that this place is such an unorganized mess I would never have a family member there. I was hired as a care giver around July 8th. Had my first shift the 25th. Upon starting I had asked numerous times if I would need a background check, I was assured no, it was needed yet. On July 25th I had my first training shift. I stayed up 12+ hours, drove a half hour only to be told my application is inactive? So I am assuming when it was submitted Monday by the admin team it was done incorrectly? Now I am being told I need to fill a new application out, sign it and have it notarized and then make a new appointment? I don’t understand. This was always handled by employers in the past. This is such an unorganized place to work. On both of my training shifts I was told by other staff members that they had no idea I was coming, how awkward.

I am extremely frustrated by the staff running this, very poor communication and I just feel like shady things are happening based upon the communication regarding the finances. We were communicated one thing and literally the day that we moved my grandma with Alzheimer's in, like literally moved and set up her entire room, they said that we would needed to pay $4,000 upfront or come back and pick her up. Which was in NO way communicated, because everything would be paid through the insurance. Which I get that those things take time but it was not communicated at all and we don't just have loads of money sitting around. So same day we had to go back move everything out and pick up my grandma who was already stressed and confused. I am sooo dumbfounded by the whole thing and feel like this organization is so money hungry and unprofessional and don't actually CARE about the person. I feel that it should have been handled wayyyyy differently and respectfully. I hope that this doesn't happen to others thinking about moving their loved one here.

This Grace is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Came in for a tour and fell in love. My grandmother can’t wait to move in. Rooms are big, even the studios. So impressed.
