Looked nice but I was unable to use the facility because I had 1 of my kids with me. So we had to go elsewhere. My child was very confused on why we had to leave.

The employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. All the washers are extremely old and dont wash your clothes well at qll. I could do the same job washing my clothes by hand. They don't even spin all the water out, my clothes are still pretty soggy when the washers are done. Go somewhere else if you're able to. Especially if you kids. They don't allow children under 12 cause like I said they're extremely hateful and mean workers.

This is one of the nicest laundromats I have ever been to. I recently moved into the area and my landlord recommended this place as the best. I won't go to any other laundry places now. -The machines, floors, counters and bathroom are always spotlessly clean. -Very peaceful environment. It makes doing my laundry enjoyable. -No loud music, TV, kids screaming or anything like that. They do not have an ATM on sight, but do have coin machines. And there are also several banks nearby with ATM. The prices for washing machines have recently increased which is a bit disappointing, but understandable having to keep up with this economy. I have read other reviews complaining about being kicked out for bringing kids. It's hilarious that people complain about being told off, when there are clearly signs EVERYWHERE that explain their policy. From personal experience, I have seen several, well-behaved children being allowed in to help with laundry. So if you do have kids, perhaps look for another place, as this place can get pretty busy and having extra children running around wouldn't be tolerated it sounds like. Overall, my experience as a single busy individual has been excellent with Smiths Laundromat and I will continue to come here often.
