Why do I have to pay this service when I can’t even get the water to my property. I understand the explanation they give BUT they say it’s not their problem and they know since houses have been built here and there around the neighborhood, trees planted , driveways put in , whatever it’s not their problem. So unfair and then charge for an online payment. I think this company needs a wake up call!

Depends on the Irrigation District. There are a couple different ones that service the Nampa area and as far as I know neither of them have set a turn off date yet.
Pioneer no longer pays for gopher tails, but you can try the County.
