Once the town took control of the water department from the private sector it has been problematic. The office staff are entitled and displays zero regard for clients. The town manager can only regurgitate the same basic responses, and does not posses the cognitive skills to understand statements or questions. There is also the possibility that he is covering for the secretary's inability to do their job correctly. The total lack of oversight is disappointing and foreshadows the direction that this town is going.

There is no online payment system for Town of Coeburn water bills. You can call a payment in with a credit or debit card (there is a processing fee), mail it in or stop by and pay. There is also a night drop box in the parking lot for check or money order payments.
