The day was good and everyone evolved had a great time! It's beautiful but the bugs are a pain if u dnt have a repellent or fire. The bathrooms could use some work too.

This was a fun place to go. Tried going to a different beach but they had it closed due to full occupancy. We went here as a back up and it was just as good. Whole reason for the visit was to find sea glass and we ended up finding it there and it wasn't a busy beach. Has a doc to go look out at and was great at sunset. Has changing/restroom area. Plenty of parking. And was pretty clean. People were out grilling having fun. Nice place to just sit out and relax or bring the whole family.

The park was very blah, nothing breathtaking and nothing special to see. The pier was the most interesting part and was still very basic.

A beautiful spot for a easy view of winter. The walkway out to the water was very slick but that was expected and planned for and should be assumed (it is why I went) when it’s 13 degrees.

There is a playground area located in the middle of Sims Park which is an easy walk down Lakeshore Boulevard at one point though the playground area was taped off so check to see if it's open now
It's safe place to go. Not too many young people when I visited

Euclid beach has a lifeguard on duty that will let you know about the water safety and swimming area.
There aren't any rides at the site of the old Euclid Beach park any more. The old carousel was restored and you can now ride it at the Cleveland History Center. Two people bought some of the old exhibits and memorabilia and have a space at Richmond Mall that you can visit. The group Euclid Beach Park Now keeps track of the history of the park and does a big event at the old site each September. The site is now managed by the Metroparks, so it's a public park with Beach and concessions that you can visit any time for free. They recently rebuilt the old fishing pier.
They have concerts every Friday in June... Cleveland's big fourth of July is at Edgewater.
Yes you can as long as theu on leash and you clean up behind them.
It is free.
Free parking and free beach for public..pets are allowed.. I could see cats and dogs there..

Check us out. I guarantee you will be pleased & proud! There are very informative displays throughout our beautiful park & the pier is to me, the best in, Ohio. Please come and see for yourself.
You can not swim legally but you can put your legs in over certain sections and fish
There is a carousel in the area near V.A. hospital .off wade park area
Yes. I go often alone.
Euclid Beach is now a Cleveland Metroparks, not an amusement park.
It used to be an amusement park. It is not anymore. It is now a metropark and park of the lakefront reservation. It is free as well as there is a beach to swim if you like
There is one huge pavilion, and no reservations. First come, first served!
Yes, the old stone gazebo is still there with the huge brick grill attached. There are doing renovations on the beach right now, but main construction is underway for a pier which when completed will stretch across water to allow good view of downtown skyline.
Lots of people, make a day of it and grill out... early
They are not allowed in designated swimming areas.
